(RN) Registered Nurse Supervisor Schedule & Benefits:
- Schedule: Every other weekend, 12 hour shift 7a-7p or 8 hour shift on 7-3p or 3-11p or 11-7a

- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Current, Unencumbered New Jersey Registered Nurse License
- Previous experience supervising nursing staff in a long-term care setting is preferred
- Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and all other elements of patient care
- Conduct nursing rounds on each unit multiple times throughout the shift
- Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members
- Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines
- Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator
