CNA Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Ensure residents’ living spaces remain clean, safe, and comfortable
- Set up resident rooms with necessary supplies, including blankets, toiletries, and medical equipment
- Monitor residents’ conditions, report changes to the nursing team, and maintain accurate documentation
- Encourage social interaction and emotional well-being among residents
- Work in accordance with state, local, and federal healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals to provide the highest level of care
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Active and unrestricted CNA certification
- Experience in long-term care preferred but not required
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and dedicated to quality resident care
- Competitive pay: $19.50 - $23.50
