Now Hiring: Guest Services Director- A resident-focused position that ensures the needs of residents are met or exceeded by performing a wide variety of customer-focused tasks that vary with facility needs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Admissions, nursing staff, dietary, activities, and Social Services to assist in the transition of new residents and their families to the facility.
• Chart Document any applicable required care and/or socialization, answer call lights and handle residents’ needs as appropriate within their scope of abilities.
• Communicate appropriately with Nurses and Aides regarding resident’s needs (i.e. medication requests, toileting, dietary needs, and any other requests that require special licensing/certifications to perform).
• Participate in resident individual and group activities.
• Complete other duties as requested by the Administrator and/or Director of Nursing.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently or part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• One year experience in a customer service position.
• Experience in working with vulnerable adult population or equivalent.
• Specialized training or experience in geriatric care or gerontology is desirable.
• Must have High school Diploma or equivalent and be able to pass a background test.
