What are the responsibilities and job description for the Evening Receptionist position at Complete Care - MidAtlantic?
- Monday-Friday 4:30pm-8pm
- Every 3rd Weekend
Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors/employees/residents
- Answering and forwarding phone calls on a multi-phone line
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Daily computer use of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- LTC/SNF experience preferred
- Ability to read, write and speak and understand the English language.
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of teamwork.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents and family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.
- Must have patience, tact. and willingness to deal with difficult residents, family and staff.
- Basic computers skills.
