Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Leadership: Assess complex patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality recovery outcomes.
• Staff Supervision: Directly oversee nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs), ensuring duties are delegated appropriately and performed according to state and federal guidelines.
• Quality & Compliance: Conduct regular rounds, track treatments, and ensure all charting meets HIPAA standards and facility protocols.
• Medication Oversight: Monitor medication distribution, blood draws, and essential clinical tasks to ensure absolute accuracy and safety.
• Education: Provide clinical guidance to staff and families to promote best practices in wellness and healing.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• License: Active, unrestricted RN license in Illinois
• Experience: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting. Experience in palliative or inpatient care is preferred.
• Skills: Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
