Now Hiring: Concierge

Concierge Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome residents, families, visitors, and staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Assist residents and families with requests, including directions, scheduling appointments, and providing information about facility services and events.

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.

• Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments to ensure seamless communication and service for residents.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.

• Assist with event planning and coordination for resident activities and family gatherings.

• Respond promptly to resident concerns or requests and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

  Concierge Qualifications:

• CNA License Required

• Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.

• A genuine passion for working with seniors and their families.
