• Clinical Command: As an RN - Directly supervise nursing staff (CNAs and LPNs), ensuring seamless unit flow, safety compliance, and meticulous medication administration.

• Quality Oversight: Conduct regular nursing rounds and serve as the primary clinical resource for complex assessments and high-precision care.

• Regulatory Rigor: Uphold Wisconsin state and federal standards, ensuring "survey-ready" documentation for all admissions and transfers.

• Expert Communication: Act as the vital liaison between physicians, families, and facility leadership to provide actionable care updates.

• Licensure: Active, unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Experience: At least 2 years of Long-Term Care (LTC) or subacute experience is preferred.

• Leadership: Proven track record in a supervisory or Charge Nurse role.

• Education: Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
