Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
Current, Unencumbered New Jersey RN License
Long-term care experience preferred but not required
Supervise nursing staff, ensuring proper medication distribution and patient care
Conduct multiple nursing rounds per shift
Provide education to staff, residents, and families
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines
Other duties as assigned by nursing leadership
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may be considered
