POSITION SUMMARY You're the key to keeping things moving. As a Case Manager, you're the master of details—juggling high-volume orders, coordinating legal communications, and leading a team of Case Assistants to deliver top-tier service with speed and accuracy. Your mission: make sure every order is processed on time, every client gets what they need, and nothing falls through the cracks.
WHAT YOU'LL DO This role is all about precision, communication, and leadership. You'll spend most of your time making sure client expectations aren't just met—they're exceeded. Here's how: Deliver Top-Notch Results – Ensure every client deliverable is accurate, complete, and on time. No surprises, just great service. Keep Clients in the Loop – Provide bi-weekly (or more frequent) status updates, so clients always know where things stand. Lead the Team – Supervise and mentor Case Assistants, helping them grow while ensuring they meet their goals. Manage Incoming Orders – Oversee every step from reservation to subpoena prep, ensuring all details are handled with care. Handle the Heat – Manage a high volume of DWQ (up to 349) and PPP (up to 449) orders without breaking a sweat. Check In Like a Pro – Make sure every order is checked in within four hours—rush orders get same-day attention. Stay Responsive – Monitor emails, mail, and voicemails three times a day, responding within four hours. Follow Up, Follow Through – Reach out to clients and custodians regularly—daily for rush, every other day for non-rush. Track Pre-Payment Compliance – Ensure all orders meet compliance standards; flag and resolve discrepancies fast. Partner with Production – Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality, timely deliveries.
WHAT YOU BRING High school diploma required; college degree a plus. Legal knowledge or litigation experience strongly preferred. Strong leadership skills—you know how to motivate a team. Excellent communication skills—you build strong relationships inside and outside the company. Fast and accurate typing (60 WPM minimum). Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities. Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Professional, punctual, and dependable.
