📌 Key Responsibilities
• Lead business readiness activities for SAP module launches and deployment milestones
• Conduct readiness assessments, process walkthroughs and impact analyses
• Coordinate SIT/UAT, defect tracking, issue resolution and business sign-offs
• Drive cutover planning, go-live readiness and launch governance
• Partner with business SMEs, architects, integration, testing and program teams
• Develop readiness documentation, training materials, launch checklists and status reports
• Track risks, dependencies, action items and launch approval artifacts
• Support go-live, hypercare and post-launch stabilization
• Validate financial processes, controls, reporting and business readiness

• Multiple SAP go-live implementations
• Cloud integration and enterprise reporting
• Manufacturing / Automotive domain experience
• Large-scale global ERP transformation programs
• SAP deployment governance and readiness frameworks
