Qualifications

10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll and Absence Management.
Strong knowledge of US Payroll processing, taxation, compliance, deductions, costing, and reconciliation.
Hands-on experience with Payroll Fast Formulas and Absence Management configuration.
Experience with Time and Labor integration and absence accrual processes.
Experience with HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle reporting capabilities.
Experience with Oracle HCM data migration, HDL, APIs, and integration frameworks.
Experience supporting full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations is preferred.
Experience assisting a Payroll organization through an HCM transition, implementation, or system upgrade.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Oracle Cloud HCM certification is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
