As CompassMSP continues to grow, evolve and scale so does the need to provide a range of centralized services to our regional teams. CompassMSP has embarked on a change program to evolve the services provided centrally today both to our clients and fellow teammates. Central Operations’ purpose is “To help our clients and fellow navigators reach their goals by improving, automating, offloading, and managing technology to achieve our shared success.” It is to this end that CompassMSP is creating a Project Management role & function within Central Operations, to better support and empower our technical teams to execute and deliver.
As a Technical Project Manager at CompassMSP, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and client services, to ensure the successful implementation of technology solutions while meeting client requirements, service level agreements (SLAs), and project timelines.
Qualifications Include:
5 or more years’ experience in a similar role – preferred
Experience working with an MSP in a TruMethods operating model – preferred
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Strong collaboration and customer service skills
Ability to build and maintain successful relationships with peers and customers
Self-directed and focused
Strong problem solving and planning skills, highly detail conscious
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Ability to work with remote teams
Strong customer service skills
Deadline driven
Preferred system experience using ticketing systems (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.)
Vibrant and willing to contribute to a fun atmosphere
