- Lead multiple concurrent marketing projects and ensure strategic alignment.
- Guide cross-functional teams and external vendors through all project phases.

- Build strong relationships across internal departments and with agency partners.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (BS or BA required).
- 7-10 years of Project Management experience (PMP certification is a plus).
- Minimum 3-5 years managing commercial/digital pharmaceutical marketing projects.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing assets, CMS platforms, and production workflows.
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Workfront, JIRA.
- Experience with pharma launch initiatives is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and navigate cross-functional dynamics.
