What is CFS?
Coordinated Family Support (CFS) is a new service designed to help adults with disabilities live successfully at home. We support families by coordinating services and honoring each individual’s unique cultural and linguistic needs.
What You’ll Do:
- Teach life skills that align with client goals and dreams
- Support personal advocacy and Individualized Support Plan (ISP) goals
- Connect clients with resources and community supports
- Lead individual and group learning sessions
- Provide light case management and schedule coordination

You’ll Need:
- Associate’s degree OR 3 years of experience in social work, human services, or disability support
- Valid CA driver’s license (3 years) with clean driving record
- Reliable vehicle with insurance
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test (we pay)
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- CPR/First Aid certification (must be completed before hire — we’ll pay)
Bonus if you’re familiar with the Regional Center system or have experience supporting individuals with disabilities.
