CASE FACILITATOR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the social services industry
- Fingerprint clearance
- Pre-employment drug test (required)
- Acceptable DMV record
- Valid CA Driver License
- Working vehicle and auto insurance
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
WHO ARE WE:
Compass helps adults with developmental disabilities live independently in their own homes through our Supported Living Services (SLS) program. As a Case Facilitator, you’ll manage a caseload of 4–6 clients, lead a team of caregivers, and coordinate client services and scheduling. You’ll also respond to emergency calls (one week per month) and provide training to small and medium-sized groups.
JOB DETAILS:
- Pay: $28–$30/hour at hire, depending on experience and education
- Max longevity rate: $36/hour
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with the emergency phone as assigned
- Location requirement: You must be able to work in-person at the Red Bluff office 3 days/week and in the Chico office 2 days/week
LOOKING FOR:
Someone with a passion for service, strong staffing and case management skills, and at least 2 years of experience in the social service field. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
