Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid California driver’s license (3 years)
- Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- Pass background check and drug test (we cover the cost)
- CPR and First Aid before hire (we pay for this too)
Job Responsibilities (Based on Client Needs)
- Help with shopping, meal prep, and cleaning
- Medication reminders and personal care
- Transportation to appointments, school, or work
- Attend community events
- Build meaningful relationships through one-on-one support
Premium pay applies to hours worked between 8am–12am. Overnight hours (12am–8am) are paid at minimum wage.
