Compass of Hope is seeking a dependable, compassionate, and highly organized Medical Assistant/Receptionist to join our growing multidisciplinary mental health team in Hooksett, New Hampshire. This unique role combines both clinical medical assistant responsibilities and front office administrative support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional patient care from the moment clients walk through our doors.
As a Medical Assistant/Receptionist, you will play an essential role in supporting our psychiatric providers, coordinating patient care, managing daily office operations, and ensuring every client receives a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
Full-Time Schedule
Tuesday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Thursday: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Part-time opportunities are also available.
What You'll Do
Clinical Support
- Support providers with daily clinical operations
- Prepare and pend prescription refill requests for provider review
- Coordinate medical record requests while maintaining confidentiality
- Greet clients and create a warm, welcoming, and professional first impression
- Schedule appointments and assist with provider calendars
- Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
- Track forms, referrals, and administrative workflows to ensure timely completion
- Support day-to-day office operations and help maintain efficient clinic flow
- Collaborate with providers and administrative staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience
