Part-Time Clinical Supervisor (LICSW, LMFT, LCMHC)

Pay: $65–$70 per hour | Flexible Schedule
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor to support the professional development of pre-licensed clinicians and interns in a collaborative behavioral health organization. This role offers flexible scheduling, remote work options, and leadership collaboration while helping shape the next generation of clinicians.
Role Overview
The Clinical Supervisor will provide oversight and mentorship to:

Up to 8 pre-licensed clinicians working toward licensure

Up to 4 intern therapists
Responsibilities include reviewing and signing documentation, supporting clinical growth, and collaborating with leadership to ensure high-quality care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities

Provide clinical supervision and mentorship

Review, approve, and sign supervisee documentation

Ensure documentation revisions and final submission within 72 hours of client appointments

Support clinicians in strengthening clinical skills, ethical practice, and documentation quality

Participate in weekly leadership meetings to ensure open communication and clinical alignment

Preferred: Provide on-call clinical consultation one day per week (8AM–8PM)
(Calls are uncommon and rarely utilized.)
