What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator / Dental Admin Assistant position at Southern Maine Family Dental?
Southern Maine Family Dental is a busy general dentistry practice located off Route 236 in Eliot with easy access from highways and byways!
We are searching for a part-time or full-time team member that will welcome all of our patients to the office. They trust us with their dental needs and we trust that our newest addition will be friendly, professional, outgoing, and positive with all interactions.
Aside from checking patients out, responsibilities include but not limited to:
- answering phones
- scheduling appointments
- learning all the ins & outs of dental insurance
- managing incoming emails and texts from patients
Dental experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate! Pay based on experience.
We are a Dentrix office but don't let that deter you if you are familiar with another dental practice management software!
The office is open Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 3pm.
We are looking for you to work either four or five days a week. Both schedules are considered full time and eligible for all employee benefits!
