Compass Behavioral Center at Alexandria, an inpatient psychiatric facility, is hiring!
We are looking for professionals who share our commitment to improving lives by passionately serving others. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Activity Coordinator.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a mental health related field, or a minimum of 10 years providing therapeutic recreational services.
The ideal candidate will:
- Provide comprehensive assessments
- Utilization Review
- Discharge Planning
- Direct treatment to individual and groups
- Participate in family and team conferences
- Assist patients in appropriate levels of care for post-treatment placement and continued follow-up care.
- Represent the company well both internally and externally
