Compass Behavioral Center of Rayne/Crowley, an inpatient adult behavioral health unit is hiring!

We are currently hiring a FT Therapist to be an integral part of our clinical team. Full-time opportunities are also available.
We are seeking Social Workers and/or Counselors for our inpatient unit. This position occupies a critical role on our treatment teams, requiring a professional who shares our commitment to providing quality treatment through teamwork and integrity. Responsibilities include conducting assessments and screenings, providing daily psychotherapy groups, and contributing to ongoing treatment planning. Case load ranges from 10-12 patients. Qualified candidates MUST hold a minimum of a Master's degree (LCSW preferred) from an accredited university and be licensed by the State of Louisiana to provide psychotherapy and the services outlined above.
