About Us

We are a rapidly growing, multi-state healthcare services platform built on an MSO-PC model, supporting clinical operations, provider groups, and specialty healthcare service lines across multiple markets.

This is not a legacy corporate HR environment.

We are building a modern, scalable infrastructure that supports clinical excellence, disciplined growth, acquisitions, and long-term enterprise value creation.

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager / People Operations leader who can help us professionalize and scale our people operations function across multiple states and operating entities.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-accountability, growth-oriented environments and wants to help build systems that scale.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated HR leader who can take ownership of our people operations infrastructure.

You will be responsible for both day-to-day HR execution and strategic systems-building, helping us move from reactive issue management to proactive leadership development, compliance, and scalable workforce processes.

This person will be a key operational partner to leadership and departmental managers.

You will help install standards, ensure consistent execution, and support integration of future acquisitions into the platform.

Performance Management & Leadership Development

  • Design and run structured performance review cycles
  • Coach departmental leaders on employee documentation, performance conversations, corrective action workflows, and conflict resolution
  • Help managers resolve lower-level employee issues before formal HR escalation
  • Develop manager training systems and playbooks

Strategic Growth & M&A Integration

  • Support workforce integration for acquisitions and roll-up transactions
  • Assist with due diligence on HR, payroll, and compliance during acquisitions
  • Standardize onboarding of acquired teams into platform workflows
  • Support organizational design and workforce scaling initiatives

Qualifications

Required

  • 5 years in HR, people operations, or HR management

Ideal Candidate

You are highly organized, systems-minded, process disciplined, and comfortable holding managers accountable.
