Duties

• Stock shelves with fresh produce, ensuring items are properly labeled and organized for easy customer access
• Use RF scanners to accurately track inventory levels and update stock records in real-time
• Manage inventory control by rotating stock, checking for freshness, and removing expired or damaged items
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to load, unload, and transport produce within the warehouse or store
• Assist customers with their produce selections, answer questions, and provide friendly, bilingual support when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the produce section, including packaging and wrapping items for display or shipping
• Support shipping & receiving processes by unloading deliveries, inspecting shipments for accuracy, and stocking incoming produce efficiently

Experience

• Previous warehouse experience or retail sales background preferred but not required; training will be provided
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during stocking or unloading activities
• Strong organizational skills to keep the produce area tidy and well-stocked
• Excellent communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs
• Experience with merchandising, grocery store operations, or customer service enhances your fit for this role
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to forklift operation, pallet jacks, and warehouse maintenance is advantageous

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
