Office Manager needed for a business located in Lenoir, NC. Position is open for immediate hire.
We are looking for a professional and friendly individual to join our team full time.
The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression of the company
- Provide support with administrative tasks such as typing documents, mailings, scanning/printing, preparing reports, follow ups, and managing office supplies
- Assist with payroll preparation
- Assemble complete, well-organized document packages for clients
- Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure documents are properly organized
- Applicant could also be required to run errands locally outside of the office with own vehicle
- Support staff and projects as needed
Skills
- 3 years office manager/administrative assistant experience
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and Windows a MUST
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
