A well-established property management company is seeking an experienced Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 6–10 multifamily properties across diverse asset classes. Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Provide strategic and operational leadership across 8 properties, ensuring optimal performance, asset preservation, and alignment with ownership objectives.
- Financial Management: Review and analyze property financials, budgets, and forecasts; identify opportunities to maximize revenue, manage expenses, and improve NOI.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and coach property managers and maintenance teams; foster accountability, professional development, and a strong customer service culture.
- Operational Excellence: Implement and monitor strategies for leasing, resident retention, marketing, and overall resident satisfaction.
- Capital & Maintenance Projects: Direct capital improvements, oversee vendor relationships, and manage preventative maintenance programs to enhance property performance.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to fair housing, safety, and all regulatory requirements while upholding internal policies.
- Reporting & Communication: Deliver timely, accurate reports on portfolio performance, emerging trends, and operational challenges to executive leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Act quickly, decisively, and independently to resolve operational issues, resident concerns, and property emergencies.
Qualifications
- 7 years of progressive experience in property management.
- CPM certification (required).
- Demonstrated success managing 6–10 properties simultaneously across multiple property classes.
- Proven ability to work independently, proactively, and with accountability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Maintain a polished, professional presence with confident communication.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
