Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and confident Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead our production team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
The ideal candidate is a proven leader with a strong manufacturing background, capable of motivating teams, optimizing production, and driving continuous improvement. Success in this role is defined by effective leadership, team development, and the ability to meet production and quality targets while fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise production staff to meet daily production targets
- Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities and staffing assignments
- Develop and execute production schedules in collaboration with planning teams
- Monitor workflow and adjust processes to maintain efficiency and output
- Ensure product quality meets customer specifications through inspections and controls
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and drive productivity
- Enforce safety standards and promote a strong safety culture through training and audits
- Track KPIs, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with inventory, quality, maintenance, and shipping/receiving teams
- Ensure proper inventory management of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency
- Investigate and resolve non-conformance issues using root cause analysis
- Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance and engagement
- Communicate expectations, priorities, and deadlines clearly to the team
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Drive adherence to 6S principles to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a server/computer manufacturing environment
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience managing 15 employees required
- Strong ability to balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and team morale
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with ERP systems for inventory and production tracking
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality excellence
