Role Description
CRA is seeking a strategic and hands-on Information Technology Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the company’s IT function. This role will be responsible for setting the technology vision, ensuring secure and reliable systems, and partnering with leadership to align IT initiatives with business objectives.
The IT Manager will play a critical role in supporting CRA’s nationwide operations, field service teams, and corporate users while driving continuous improvement and innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute CRA’s IT strategy and technology roadmap
- Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, hardware, software, and telecommunications
- Partner with vendors to ensure cybersecurity, data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity best practices
- Manage IT budgets, forecasts, vendors, and service providers
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize enterprise systems and business applications
- Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and security standards
- Partner with executive leadership and department heads to identify and deliver technology solutions
- Lead system upgrades, integrations, and company-wide technology initiatives
- Provide escalation support for complex technical issues as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 3-5 years of progressive IT experience, including 2-3 years in an IT leadership role
- Strong experience with enterprise infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity
- Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business-focused solutions
