Description

The Waldinger Corporation, a growing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and Sheet Metal industry leader, is looking for a dependable and detailed Service Coordinator for our team! This individual must possess great initiative, thrive in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment, and will serve as a point person for strategic clients across the Midwest. Serving as an integral part of our service solutions team, this individual will coordinate customer service requests from initiation to completion and partner with service operations management to communicate schedules with our customers and technicians.

Job Requirements

• Capable of managing a large number of diverse tasks with persistence and cooperation
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Basic project accounting or costing principles is desired
• Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
