Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in supporting our daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow within the office. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, possess strong customer service and telephone skills and have experience in crew management, and data entry.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes but not limited to answering phones, and waiting on customers.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate scheduling, routing, and management of a tree crew.
- Be able to collaborate with team members of other divisions within the company.
- Work a possible rotating schedule of hours with other team members in the office.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and basic computer applications is a plus.
- Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
There is a 2-phase interview process beginning with a phone interview.
