Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update information into company databases and systems
- Review data for errors or missing details and correct them when needed
- Maintain organized digital and paper records
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documents as requested
- Respond to internal requests for information in a timely manner
- Protect confidential company and customer information
- Work closely with team members to ensure records are accurate and complete

What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is preferred but not required
