Overview:
Community Missions, Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate Apartment Program Driver to support residents of our CHOICES program. The Driver provides safe transportation to approved locations, assists with errands and deliveries, and ensures all trips and interactions are properly documented. This role is essential in helping residents access services, appointments, and community resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely transport residents to destinations as scheduled and approved
- Follow NYS motor vehicle laws and agency transportation policies
- Assist with resident appointments, errands, and deliveries
- Document trips, resident interactions, and compile reports as required
- Monitor vehicle condition; report maintenance and damages promptly
- Maintain professional, respectful communication with residents, staff, and service providers
- Participate in meetings and required trainings
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid NYS driver’s license with clean driving record
- Flexibility to meet program needs and varied schedules
- First Aid/CPR trained (Agency will provide)
Hours:
Evening & Weekends
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
