Overview
Community Missions Inc., is seeking a dedicated Resident Aide to provide weekend overnight supervision and support for Hansen House program residents. This role ensures safety, delivers restorative services, and assists in daily living skill development in a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain awake overnight supervision and program security.
- Deliver restorative services: symptom management, socialization, personal hygiene, food prep, housekeeping, and laundry skills.
- Monitor, document, and report on resident functioning.
- Support overall program operations and service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Clean, valid New York State Driver’s License required.
