Join our Community Care Team in Somerset!
On-Call: Wednesday & Friday 4pm-10pm, Every Other Weekend: 6:30am-1pm and/or 1pm-9:30pm
Salary Range: $16.50 To $19.00 Hourly
Make a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults in your community. As part of our home care team, you’ll support adults aged 55 in maintaining their independence by providing compassionate, in-home assistance with daily living activities. Your care helps participants live safely and comfortably in their own homes. We are open to discussing your availability for shift schedules.
Responsibilities include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Meal preparation and feeding
- Light housekeeping
- Occasional support in our day center

What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 12 months of experience caring for frail or elderly individuals
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
