Concordia Home Health and Hospice of Bethlen is seeking a Home Health Aide HHA to care for our patients in Greensburg, Latrobe, Ligonier, and surrounding areas.
What you’ll do as a Home Health Aide HHA :
- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in activities to promote well-being.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the safe use of assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
