Position Summary:
The Job Coach provides quality support for individuals with disabilities at their community-based job. By helping to create and promote strong work systems, the goal is to help the participant become as independent as possible and gradually fade out our support.
- While our office is located in Milford, this position works at various employer sites throughout Kent County.
- We are in need of part-time staff with the availability of between 7am and 7pm. Must be available Tuesdays and Thursdays and weekends. The more availability you have, the more shifts you're eligible to cover! We will only schedule you within the availability you agree to when hired. We do require the availability of either 1 weekend day each week OR every other full weekend.
Experience/Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Computer Skills: Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office products, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
Requirements: Possess valid driver's license, automobile insurance and access to an automobile. Internet access at home. Able to pass all required background checks and drug screens.
