What You’ll Do
- Verify service authorizations and ensure timely, accurate billing across multiple departments
- Monitor billing trends, identify discrepancies, and work with leadership to resolve them
- Generate and analyze reports comparing billing potential vs. actual performance
- Support billing practices for residential, CPS, behavioral, and case management services
- Partner with service coordinators to maintain billing compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience in billing strongly preferred
- Strong math, analytical, and Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams
Schedule & Location
- Full-time, Monday–Friday, standard office hours
- Based in our Manchester, NH office
- Minimal travel required
