Job Overview:
Community Home and Health Services is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Group Home Caregiver. As a Group Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes and communities, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Currently, there is 2 position available, as follows:
(1) Full-time midnight shift
- Shifts are from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
- 40 hours a week
(1) Part-time midnight shift
- Shifts are from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m.
- 32 hours a week
Duties:
- Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules and document medication administration accurately
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients' nutritional needs are met
- Perform housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
- Engage in social activities with clients to promote companionship and mental stimulation
- Monitor and record vital signs as required
