Staff Physician

Community Healthcare Network, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) serving the underserved communities of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan and Queens. Through the care we provide at our Health Centers and through our various programs, we touch the lives of 85,000 people annually.

We are seeking a Staff Physician/ Family Medicine for our Long Island City Health Center located at 36-11 21st Street, Long Island City, NY 11106.

Reporting to the Medical Director, this individual will be responsible for providing evidence-based Primary Care to our patients. This individual is an integral of the collaborative care team which includes providing care of all ages Family Medicine. Prenatal and strong interest in Women's Health procedures is ideal.

The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care and at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.
