We are seeking a Medical Director/Clinician for our Crown Health Center located at 1167 Nostrand Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11205.
Reporting to the Chief of Primary Care, this position is responsible for assuming leadership in clinical affairs at a particular CHN Center; supervises other clinicians at that Center and teams with the Center Director to manage medical operations at the Center.
The ideal candidate will have a valid N.Y.S. License to deliver medical care and at least one (1) year of post-graduate/residency experience delivering care in a Primary Care setting.
