Position Summary:
Call patients to review current CPAP supplies and identify what they need next.
Verify patient information, insurance details, and mailing addresses.
Request updated prescriptions or documentation from physicians.
Explain copays/deductibles and assist with collections as needed.
Enter orders and authorizations accurately.
Ensure orders meet utilization guidelines and are processed correctly.
Coordinate shipping, tracking, and invoicing for each order.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
A customer-first attitude and problem-solving mindset.
The ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Prior customer service experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Physical Requirements
Regularly required to sit, use hands to type and handle items, and communicate via phone or computer.
Must be able to see, hear, and speak clearly.
