RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist residents with a variety of group activities to include social, mental, spiritual, physical programs
- Assist with implementing additional services to enhance the social, mental and educational quality of residents’ daily life
- Assist in planning at least two can outing per month – may include driving residents in company van
- Assist with outings/community events and resident appointments as assigned
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- The Ideal Candidate will be Patient, Caring, Organized and Able to Multi-Task
- Required to Pass a Background Check
- Possess a High School Diploma/GED
- Minimum of 1 year in a social or recreation program
- Willing to Work a Flexible Schedule, when needed
- Must Possess a Team Spirit, Good Character, and Personal Integrity
