RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain the Standards of Nursing Care and Follows the policies and Procedures set forth by the State Board of Nursing, Department of Health and the Company
- Ensure Compliance with Resident Medication Assistance Guidelines Outlined in Company Policy and Procedure Manual
- Supervise and Train Resident Care Assistant Team Members
- Conduct Monthly Resident Assessments
- Maintain Accurate and Timely Nursing Notes and Records
- Collaborate with other Team Members to Improve Residents’ Quality of Life
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently Licensed as an LPN by the Alabama State Board of Nursing
- Required to Pass a Background Check
- Willing to Work a Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends
- Must Possess a Team Spirit, Good Character, and Personal Integrity
