What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist position at Community Health and Counseling Services?
Will provide professional physical therapy services in the patient’s home, school, or residential facility in accordance with physician’s orders and agency policies and procedures. Provides consultant physical therapy services when appropriate. Must have a Bachelor of Science degree and graduate of an accredited program of physical therapy. One year or clinical experience preferred with rehabilitation and/or home health experience ideal. Must hold a State of Maine physical therapist license. Must hold or be able to earn a BLS certification. Must possess a valid State of Maine driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.
