Seeking a Home Health Aide/Community Habilitation Worker for an affectionate 30‑year‑old nonverbal woman with autism located in Tottenville area. SEVERAL SHIFTS AVAILABLE; WILLING TO HIRE MULTIPLE EMPLOYEES OR ONE FOR ALL
Schedule
- Mon, Tue, Fri: 7:15–9:15 AM (morning routine before day program) with possibility of Occasional Wed/Thu morning hours (car not required)
- Saturdays:10 AM–4 PM (community outings and daily living support; car required)
Responsibilities
- Morning shift: assist client with bathing, brushing teeth, getting dressed, eating breakfast, packing lunch, walking out to program van
- Saturday shift: Taking participant on community outings (walks, stores, community events, eateries etc.) in addition to assisting with activities daily living skills.
Details
- Paid through agency Person Centered Care Services (PCCS) of NY: $30/hr
- References required; experience preferred
