We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview

Job Responsibilities:

Outreach and Marketing: Promote early childhood programs and services through community engagement, social media, and other communication channels.

Program Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate program data, reports, and other required documentation.

Scheduling Support: Assist with scheduling for early childhood programs and Early Childhood screening appointments.

Early Childhood Screening Duties: Support the coordination and administration of early childhood screening activities as needed.

Supplies Management: Order and track program supplies to ensure classrooms and activities are fully equipped.

Billing and Payments: Manage billing for Bright Beginnings Preschool and ECFE programs, including processing payments and resolving account questions.

Registration Support: Assist families with ECFE program registration and payment processing.

Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional tasks as required to support the success of the early childhood programs.
Start Date: Immediate Opening
Contract: 195 days
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am- 3:00pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
FTE: 0.81 (32.5 hours per week)
Salary & Benefits
Starting Rate: $20.64-$21.12 per hour

Requirements & Qualifications
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED); excellent computer, communication and interpersonal relationship skills necessary, one year of clerical experience preferred with some knowledge of early childhood programming.
