About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6,700 students and employs more than 750 employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students, three elementary schools for grades 1-4, two middle schools for grades 5-8, and one high school for grades 9-12.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
Lead 6th–8th grade students in a collaborative musical theatre program, guiding rehearsals, preparing a performance, and working with students, high school mentors, and local professionals.
Start Date: January 5
Contract: Seasonal; Januray-March
Schedule: Rehearsals are mainly after school 3:15-5:00 with evening performances; instructors schedules are flexible 1-5 days/week based on availability.
FTE: varies per individual
Salary & Benefits
Starting Rate: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
High School Aide Rate: $15.50
No benefit eligibility, other than Earned Safe and Sick Time (ESST) as provided by law.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience in instructing/coaching.
