Position Details
The Clinical Supervisor in collaboration with other treatment team members develops and implements behavior modification intervention plans which are individualized to each child or adolescent according to their treatment needs.
The Clinical Supervisor identifies behavioral goals and intervention strategies and recommends non-aversive behavioral change methods. The Clinical Supervisor supervises treatment team members, including the Behavior Consultant, Mobile Therapist and Behavioral Health Consultant as well as supporting the client and their natural supports. The Clinical Supervisor maintains contact with external supports including any home, school and community supports etc.
The Clinical Supervisor will be assigned to supervise/ oversee multiple IBHS schools (monitor staffing, collaborate with school administration, attend IBHS related interagency meetings, facilitate IBHS and monthly school meetings)
The Clinical Supervisor should attend evaluations, team meeting, and school meetings etc. necessary on behalf of the child or adolescent. The Clinical Supervisor implements behavioral, de-escalation, and safety plans etc., geared to teach and maintain socially significant behaviors.

Essential Functions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while completing multiple tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Excellent time management skills
- Reviews and edits clinician's clinical documents/ progress notes ensuring that they are clinically sound and submitted within the mandated IBHS time frame.
- Provides a minimum of 20hpw billable hours.
- Develop Provisional treatment plans, IBHS assessments, FBA assessments etc.
- Develop data collection tools & collect data on behaviors (for both replacement/target behaviors).
- Completes progress notes, Monthly summaries, and other assessments for the development, tracking, and maintenance of treatment needs.
- Monitors the progress, consistency, and regression of target behaviors.
- Collaborate & meet with home, school, community & clinical supports for the client.
- Provides clinical consultation for treatment team, consumer, and their families.
- Provides supervision for BC/MT/BHT’s.
- Completes required documentation for billing purposes including, timesheets, encounter forms, etc.
- Initiate and oversee titration of services and discharge.
- Attends mandatory group and individual supervision monthly etc.
- Required to produce billable services each week.
- Complete written orders in accordance with qualifications and agreement
