Serving over 3,500 clients each week, the organization delivers a wide range of mental health, substance abuse, and case management services, including 10 children’s services and five adult programs.
We are seeking a part-time Psychiatrist to join our dedicated team. This hybrid role is based in Philadelphia, PA, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Psychiatrist will provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients, including medication management. Responsibilities include offering care for patients of various age groups, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring individualized care for mental health and psychiatric conditions.
- Proficiency in Psychiatry, Psychiatric Care, and Mental Health services
- Expertise in Adolescent Psychiatry and general psychiatric practices
- In-depth knowledge of medical approaches to mental health and ability to integrate them into comprehensive patient care plans
- Board certification or eligibility in Psychiatry
- Active and unrestricted medical license to practice in Pennsylvania
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to culturally sensitive practices and experience working with diverse populations
- Experience with electronic health records and documentation preferred
