Community Connections Inc. is seeking a Director of Quality and Compliance to join our team! Based in Fall River, MA, this strategic leadership role is essential to advancing our agency’s commitment to high-quality services, ethical practice, and regulatory excellence. As the Director of Quality and Compliance, you will oversee agency-wide quality assurance systems, ensure adherence to state, federal, and accreditation requirements, and lead initiatives that strengthen organizational accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
We are looking for a knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and mission-driven leader who is committed to upholding the highest standards of service delivery, regulatory integrity, and organizational compliance.
What You’ll Do as Director of Quality and Compliance:
- Provide strategic oversight for agency-wide quality assurance, compliance, and ethical standards.
- Lead and manage internal and external audits, surveys, and certification processes including CARF, DDS Quality Enhancement, MassHealth, and transportation standards.
- Oversee the development, review, and maintenance of agency policies and procedures in collaboration with Executive Team and Service Directors.
- Direct the investigation process, analyze incident trends, and develop corrective action plans that ensure timely and effective resolution.
- Support and audit Electronic Case Management systems, ensuring accurate documentation and proper staff usage.
What You’ll Need as Director of Quality and Compliance:
- Bachelor’s Degree in human services, social work, communications, or a related field required. Relevant experience may be substituted for required education.
- 5–7 years of progressive leadership experience with foundational experience in CARF, DDS, and MassHealth standards preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred; relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
- Demonstrated expertise in regulatory compliance, quality assurance systems, and accreditation processes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data, identify trends, and develop improvement strategies.
- Proven ability to work across teams and with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and satisfactory driving record
