Community Concepts, a Maine nonprofit that provides resources to help
people move forward, is seeking a**Controller**to join the Finance Team.
The Controller is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and
management of the accounting operations and financial reporting,
ensuring accurate financial records, internal controls, grant
accounting, maintaining general ledger, and compliance. This is a
full-time position, working in our Lewiston Office, and reports directly
to the CFO.

- Starting Pay Range**: \$43.00-46.00 per hour, depending on education
Some Essential Duties
- Developing and managing program budgets, typical managerial duties,
and standards are adhered to.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration,
preferred.
- 5-7 years of related work experience in a leadership and managerial
